THE CHHATTISGARH VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2005 - NOTIFICATION

In pursuance of the requirement in the entry against serial no. 60 of part-II of Schedule-II to the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government hereby makes the following amendment in notification no. F- 10/56/2006/CT/V (46), dated 28.4.2006, namely:

AMENDMENT

In the Schedule to the said notification, after serial no. 92, the following entry shall be added:-

93	Circuit breakers (HT & LT), Electrical switchgear panels, Surge arresters, Lightning arresters, Substation automation systems, Power line communication carriers, Reactors

2. The said amendment shall come into force from 1st April 2015.
