In exercise of the power conferred by section 15 of the Chhattisgarh Value added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005) the State Government hereby makes the following amendment in notification No. F-10/11/2013/CT/V (16), dated 28.03.2013, with effect from 1-4-2015:-

AMENDMENT

In the Schedule to the said notification, in column (3), against serial No. 14 for the figure "14%" the figure "5%" shall be substituted .
