In exercise of the powers, conferred by Section 5 of the Jammu and Kashmir General Sales Tax Act, 1962, the Government hereby direct that in notification SRO 43 dated 28th February, 2014, for the figures "31-03-2015". the words and figures "31st March, 2016" shall be substituted.
