In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3A) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in Schedule II appended to the said Act, with immediate effect, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In Schedule II appended to the said Act, the existing serial number 67 and entries thereto shall be substituted by the following, namely,-

Registered dealers selling Aviation Turbine Fuel to any Airline:-

(i) which establishes HUB in the State; or

(ii) which operates scheduled or non-scheduled commercial flight from a place in the State to another place in the State; or

(iii) which operates scheduled commercial flight to cities of the State other than Jaipur.
