In exercise of the power conferred by the sub-section (1) of Section- 65 of the Odisha value Added Tax Act, 2004, I Sri Manoj Ahuja, I.A.S., Commissioner of Sales Tax, Odisha do here by specify that the dealers whose gross turn over exceeds Rupees One Crore in respect of any particular year shall get his accounts audited in respect of that year as per the provisions of the said Act.

This notification will come into effect from 01.04.2015.
