In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 15-B of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005) the State Government hereby-

(1) Rescinds this department notification No. F-10-58/2014/CT/V(60) dated 30-05-2014 with effect from 09-01-2015.

(2) Rescinds this department notification No. F-10-11/2013/CT/V(25) dated 30-03-2013 with effect from 01-06-2014 as exemption granted under this notification was also incorporated and continued in notification No. F-10-58/2014/CT/V(60) dated 30-05-2014 which was effective from 01-06-2014.
