In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (ii) of sub-section (1) of section 15-B of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government, hereby, the following amendment:-

AMENDMENT

In Notification No. F-10/70/2014/CT/V (75) dated 07.10.2014 & Notification No. F-10/70/2014/CT/V (76) dated 07.10.2014 for the figure "31-12-2014" the figure "31-03-2015 shall be substituted.
