In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 70-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in Schedule II of the said Act, the notice for which has been previously published in Madhya Pradesh Gazette vide this department's No. F-A- 3-78/2014/1/V(62), dated 16-12-2014 as required by the proviso of the said sub-section (1), namely:-

AMENDMENT

In Schedule II to the said Act,, in Part-III-A,-

(i) against serial number 1, in column (3), for the figure "23", the figure "27" shall be substituted;

(ii) against serial number 2, in column (3), for the figure "27", the figure "31" shall be substituted;

2. This amendment shall come into force from 20-12-2014.
