In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-seclion (5) of section 4 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule-VI appended to the said Act, with immediate effect, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In Schedule-VI appended to the said Act,-

(i) in column number 3 against serial number 1, for the existing expression "18", the expression "22" shall be substituted.

(ii) in column number 3 against serial number 5, for the existing expression "26", the expression "30" shall be substituted.
