In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-section (2) of Section 57 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in this department's Notification No. A-3-195-2005-l-V(25), dated 31st March, 2006, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, in the table, after serial number 12, the following serial number and entries relating thereto shall inserted, namely:-

"12-A. Cigarette.".

2. This amendment shall come into force with effect from 26th November 2014.
