In exercise of the powers conferred by section 51A of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby, makes the following amendment, with immediate effect, in this Department's notification No. F. 12 (59) FD/Tax/2014-25 dated 14-07-2014, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In condition number 1 of the said notification, for the existing expression "up to 31.10.2014", the expression "up to 31.01.2015", shall be substituted.
