In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 3 of the Himachal Pradesh Tax on Entry of Goods into Local Area Act, 2010 (Act No. 9 of 2010), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to make the following amendment in Schedule-II appended to the said Act, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In Schedule-II appended to the said Act, for the existing entry No. 53 the following shall be substituted, namely:-

All items purchased by Government Departments, Boards and Corporations for consumption or use other than covered under item No.5 of Schedule-II.

5%.".

This notification shall come into force w.e.f. 01.11.2014.
